Renée is an energetic leader who believes company culture is best taught by example. From a big picture perspective, Renée oversees business operations and marketing for the firm. She also spearheads design, visioning, and programming. Renée fosters collaborative decision making and goal setting, guiding project teams with a forward-thinking perspective and an empowering, hands-on approach.

With almost four decades of experience, Renée is adept at working with clients through the entire planning, design, and construction process. She specializes in facilitating and motivating diverse groups of stakeholders and has an innate ability—fueled by her honest, open, and empathetic communication style—to invigorate conversations and collaborations. She is instrumental in assisting BBT clients with looking at all possibilities and, ultimately, in transforming their visions into reality.
